Senior Lead UX Designer

Job Summary
Drive major digital experience modernization for ODP's B2B customers by leading UX strategy and execution for large-scale site initiatives. Create high-quality assets including wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes while collaborating with agile teams and product leadership. Partner independently with research experts and end users to leverage diverse methodologies and data for continuous experience enhancement. Lead formal and informal facilitation techniques to drive problem-solving, and expertly utilize modern design tools like Figma and InVision to deliver projects and modernize the team's toolset. Work onsite Monday-Thursday in Weston, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science/Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Web and Mobile UX Design
- Interaction design
- Service design
- Visual design
- UX writing
- Voice design
- Intermediate PC software skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Mastery of User Experience software such as Figma, Miro, or equivalent
- Visio or equivalent
- Testing software such as Adobe Target, Userexperience.com or other
- 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday) at our Weston, FL office
