Senior Lead Systems Operations Engineer

Lead highly complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high-level systems consultation for technology teams related to large-scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure. Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence platform support solutions for highly complex business and technical needs. Translate advanced technology experience and in-depth knowledge of the organization's tactical objectives, technological environment, and strategic opportunities into technical engineering solutions. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions while maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and recommending innovations that enhance operations. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple enterprise areas. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and support change windows. Maintain runbooks/SOPs, create dashboards/alerts with actionable SLOs, and sponsor SRE practices including postmortems and automation programs. Automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and communicate status/risks clearly to stakeholders. Present clear, concise updates and investment options to senior executives.
