Job Summary
Senior Lead, Supply Planning responsible for owning CM and Gas supply planning end-to-end, translating demand signals into executable, time-phased supply plans; defining scheduling agreements and capacity frameworks; driving alignment across Demand Planning, ECO Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory Planning; proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks; maintaining material availability and healthy inventory, while balancing service levels and working capital. Requires deep expertise in MRP governance, supplier capacity management, and policy definition, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize planning accuracy, and support NPI and lifecycle transitions using ERP/Kinaxis tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning, MRP governance, and inventory policy
- Ability to model and translate demand into supply plans
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, ECO Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory Planning
- ERP/APS planning tools experience and scenario modelling
- Leadership with ownership and accountability for outcomes
