Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer focused on ServiceNow design, configuration, and development across ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, HAM, and SAM modules. Design, configure, and develop scalable integrations with enterprise systems; configure UI policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer flows, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. Experience leveraging AI-driven workflows with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI capabilities is a plus. Collaborate with team members on code reviews, sprint release planning, platform upgrades, and production support. Mentor junior developers with technical guidance and best practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in service-now implementation, design, configuration and development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
