Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive design, development, and troubleshooting of wealth-management marketing software solutions using Python, PySpark, SpringBoot, and AWS. The role leads initiatives, reviews code, optimizes data pipelines, and guides architecture decisions while contributing to secure, scalable production code and operational stability. You will engage with external vendors and internal teams, foster engineering communities of practice, and help improve system architecture and data accessibility in a cloud-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for wealth management marketing software solutions
- Hands-on development experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS services
- Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and applications using Python and PySpark in AWS environment
- Solid understanding of AWS services (S3, EMR) to design and implement data solutions
- Proficient in SDLC and collaborating with partners across feature teams
