Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer on the Employee Platforms team. Drive design and delivery of secure, scalable production software within an agile environment. Provides technical guidance, contributes to SDLC best practices, and leads in front-end (ReactJS/Redux) and back-end (Java/JEE, Spring, REST) development, with cloud-native experience (AWS) and an emphasis on quality, security, and collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities, 13+ years of hands-on experience, and a passion for building robust, production-ready applications. Preferred: engineering degree in computer science and interest in AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- minimum 13 years of applied experience
- Strong problem solving
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability
- Experience as Full Stack Developer with frontend and backend skills
- ReactJS and Redux experience
- Java/JEE/Spring/Springboot, REST
- UI/Frontend expertise (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Server-side experience in Java
- Cloud native experience
- Engineering Degree in Computer Science
