Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to lead design, development and operation of SaaS products for Retail Solutions. Drive architectural decisions balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability, collaborate with product/engineering/leadership to shape roadmaps, mentor engineers, and champion modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development tools. Hands-on production code contributions with experience in cloud-native development, Azure/Kubernetes, and microservices; proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python and frameworks such as Express.js, Vue.js, Flask, and Pandas; familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and platform tooling (AKS, ArgoCD, Helm, Dapr). We value leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a global consulting/product setting.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or CKA (beneficial but not required)
- Experience in building and operating modern full-stack applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
