Job Summary
Senior Lead Full Stack Software Engineer role at JPMorgan Chase within Infrastructure Platforms. Lead design, development, and deployment of automation and AI-driven solutions across Tier 3 R&D data centers. Architect and build scalable web applications and infrastructure platforms using Java, Python, Node.js, React/Angular, and Spring Boot; drive platform engineering initiatives including CI/CD, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible. Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, influence product design and technical operations, and embed AI into SDLC pipelines and operational dashboards. Maintain and optimize VMware environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter) with automation-first principles. Develop AI models for capacity forecasting and anomaly detection, and integrate ML models into infrastructure platforms for predictive alerts and dynamic workload orchestration. Requires formal training and certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of experience, plus 2+ years leading technologists. Proficient in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Express.js, React/Angular, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); experience with Kubernetes, Docker, MLOps tools, ML models deployment, and governance frameworks. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; able to serve as a function-wide SME and contribute to firm-wide frameworks and practices.
Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical design discussions
