Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to create solutions that meet regulatory needs. Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions using JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go; work with AWS tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Mentor engineers, participate in internal/external tech communities, and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions. Expect opportunities to code or evaluate code and to align technical delivery with business objectives for financial empowerment of millions of users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience with AWS/GCP/Azure or another cloud service
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
- Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity
