Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer to design and develop the execution and systematic liquidity provision platform for the CRB Execution Platform. Collaborate with quants, traders, and technologists to develop, implement, support, and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure. Responsibilities may include building engine infrastructure, introducing alpha signals, designing and building matching engines, optimizing performance, and improving scalability and resiliency of the system. Develop scalable real-time processing solutions using agile methodologies, maintain and support legacy systems, automate remediation to improve operational stability, and ensure secure, high-quality production code while reviewing others' work. Drive decisions influencing platform design, application functionality, and technical operations across a globally distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- Proficient advanced experience in Java
- Proficiency in low latency, real-time, scalable trading systems
- Experience in building/dealing with high throughput messaging APIs, middleware products
- Ability to work effectively within a global team (spread across NA, EMEA, APAC)
- Experience with algorithmic trading, including systematic trading
- Experience with Python
- Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
