Senior/ Lead Service Delivery Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct production support and maintenance for SimCorp Dimension solutions at client environments, analyzing issues independently to provide timely solutions within agreed SLAs. Advise client users on configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to optimize system usage and ensure future-oriented adoption. Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and deliver efficient solutions while serving as the key contact for client relationships. Work on APAC/EMEA shifts with occasional weekend, holiday, and extended hours required. This role supports the SaaS Operations team for SimCorp, a global leader in integrated investment management solutions for the buy side.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science
- Knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
- Minimum 5 years' experience within asset management, funds management or custodian
- Familiar with Simcorp Dimension
- Experience in the operation and support of front-to back investment management solutions
- APAC / EMEA shift hours
- Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)
- Weekend/Public Holiday works
- Working extended hours
