Job Summary
Build out employee benefit plans and rules for new and renewing groups on PRO Apply, Ease, and Employee Navigator platforms. Assist with complex setups for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Specialty product lines while responding to broker inquiries via telephone and written correspondence. Analyze system problems to provide solutions and maintain a broker-first approach. Operate internal and external systems to extract information for enrollments and reporting, documenting all activities in Salesforce. Mentor staff, provide training, and initiate process improvements to enhance service quality. Collaborate with internal departments and broker partners to facilitate seamless enrollment processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksite
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and a combination of PRO Apply, Ease and/or EE Navigator platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Adept at managing high workloads and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with overtime during peak periods, holidays, and weekends as requested
