Job Summary
Senior Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring property safety, appearance, and operation within budget; duties include managing the inventory of ready apartments, scheduling contractors, coordinating make-ready and move-in quality inspections, enforcing preventive and emergency maintenance, coordinating with leasing staff, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and maintaining tool and equipment safety. Requires HVAC (EPA) certification, ability to supervise maintenance personnel, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems, and a valid driver’s license. On-site, full-time role based in Henderson, NV with multiple local property locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a property maintenance Lead or Supervisory capacity
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
- HVAC (EPA) Certification
- Certified Pool Operator preferred
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
