Job Summary
Senior Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner, prepare vacant suites to Boxer Standards, manage building inventory, execute the Preventive Maintenance Program, monitor work by outside contractors, respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call, supervise safety and compliance with all guidelines, perform grounds work, and ensure efficient operations within budget. Requires knowledge of a variety of trades, use of hand/power tools, ability to lift heavy objects, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and high attention to detail. High School diploma or GED required; 5+ years in building repair/maintenance with supervisory experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish) a plus; valid transportation to commute.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of related general building repair and maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work on scaffolds
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
