Job Summary
Participate in health and safety programs while maintaining a visible field presence to support safe, effective work execution. Drive improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and overall performance through disciplined execution and defect elimination. Manage maintenance project execution, ensuring planning quality and adherence to standards, while providing leadership in prioritizing emergent work aligned with operational risk. Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Environmental teams to ensure alignment on priorities. Act as a central coordination point between maintenance areas and site departments, monitoring performance trends to identify improvement opportunities. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and workflow efficiency, mentoring supervisors and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field
- Valid trade certification
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a mobile equipment maintenance environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong focus on people development and team performance
- Strong understanding of maintenance execution, planning, and scheduling practices
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations and support teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
