Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer responsible for GDPS-driven disaster recovery and high-availability on IBM Z mainframes. Leads architecture, automation, and modernization efforts across multiple mainframe environments; designs and implements GDPS-based DR solutions; develops automation scripts with mainframe tools (REXX, JCL, NetView, Tivoli System Automation); mentors team members, manages vendor and client relationships, and ensures robust testing, failover, and documentation; engages with clients and stakeholders to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences; promotes an inclusive team culture.
