Job Summary
Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer responsible for owning the end-to-end Capacity Management strategy and operating model for critical CCB applications, leading cross-functional capacity planning and risk management, enforcing capacity governance, architecting scalable capacity solutions, advancing observability and analytics, driving automation and runbooks, leading quarterly and event-based capacity planning across multi-region/cloud environments, establishing data standards and reporting, delivering executive-level portfolio insights, and mentoring engineers with a focus on documentation, governance, inclusion, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on Infrastructure Engineering concepts
- 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering
- Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience managing or governing technology capacity (or ITIL processes) at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of infrastructure KPIs (CPU, memory, I/O, network) and monitoring/observability tools
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK) and BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, JavaScript) to automate data pipelines and runbooks
- Cloud experience (AWS) with multi-region patterns and SRE practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of improving IT processes for efficiency and user experience
