Job Summary
Lead footwear engineering functions such as pattern, tooling, and last management; establish guidelines for pattern and last management; provide technical expertise during product development meetings; lead process standardization in development and commercialization; collaborate with the innovation team to implement new technologies into inline production; drive sustainability, product integrity, and quality initiatives; oversee product development and commercialization timelines to ensure on-time deliveries; travel frequently to On’s manufacturing partners in southern and northern Vietnam; demonstrate leadership in people and stakeholder management and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
