Senior Lead for Flights in Japan at Agoda leads market strategy, negotiates with airline partners, builds executive-level supplier relationships, and collaborates with global teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to drive Agoda Flights’ growth in Japan. The role focuses on identifying and closing partnerships, optimizing performance with partners, delivering partner success, and launching new commercial models and distribution initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategy and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Flights / OTA / airline industry with strong exposure to commercial negotiations, distribution, and market strategy (Japan experience highly preferred)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills in English & Japanese; able to manage complex conversations at senior levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities in fast-moving environments
- Analytical rigor; ability to use data to shape decisions and influence stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end business plans crossing commercial, operational, legal, and marketing dimensions
