Job Summary
Define and execute a holistic, multi-disciplinary exhibition and event strategy to build brand equity and cultural legitimacy. Design and orchestrate a continuous calendar of exhibitions, artist-in-residence programs, and public community events while programming the space as an internal sandbox for design workshops and co-creation sessions. Head the strategic definition of the Artist-in-Residence Program, inviting international talent and managing open calls for young creative communities. Manage full oversight of the programming budget, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and artist fees, sourcing and supervising external technical teams and operational logistics. Report directly to the Chief of Staff of Design to align the cultural calendar with corporate realities within a vibrant Design Studio driving disruptive product design across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
