Job Summary
Manage complex planning studies, development applications, and reviews, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, and site plans. Conduct research on land use, physical, social, and economic issues while performing field inspections to verify project compliance. Develop regional plans and analyses for natural/water resources, community development, and hazard mitigation. Present findings to staff, advisory boards, and elected officials. Requires Master's degree, 5–8 years of transport planning experience, and proficiency in SATURN/VISSIM/VISUM. Open for Bangalore & Gurugram.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SATURN/VISSIM/VISUM is must have
- Familiarity with UK/US/ANZ/Middle East transport modelling guidance - (e.g., NPPF, DfT Guidance, Local Plans)
- Master's degree in the relevant subject (e.g., Transport Planning/Engineering, or related subjects)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in transport planning and modelling
- Strong proficiency in SATURN/VISSIM/VISUM
- Open for Bangalore & Gurugram
- all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Working toward chartered status (ICE / CIHT / TPS) preferred
