Job Summary
Senior Lead Engineer, Program/Project Management responsible for planning and directing design engineers and other technical engineers across multiple projects. Manages programs of medium complexity with cross-functional, global core teams, establishes schedules, drives meetings, and communicates status to business leaders and customers. Oversees program governance, budgets, risks, and interdependencies; drives creation and upkeep of the Program Plan/WBS; coordinates site-wide deployment efforts; and aligns project outputs with program outcomes. Requires ability to review customer specifications, manage program documentation, and facilitate change as part of product lifecycle. Typical travel may be required. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of engineering program/project management experience
- Experience leading programs with medium complexity
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, schedules and cross-functional teams
- Occasional travel required
