Job Summary
Lead / Senior Engineer, Product Development & New Technology for Subsea Production Systems focusing on Subsea XT Systems. Responsible for developing new designs and technologies from customer requirements through conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing, qualification, and delivery. Oversees design activities, creates detailed drawings and bill of materials, leads qualification and system integration testing, and manages scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources. Provides technical guidance, peer reviews, and mentoring to engineers within a globally diverse team; drives DFMA integration, patent opportunities, and Freedom to Operate analysis while monitoring market trends. Open to exploring new opportunities and ideas; supports a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Proficiency with CAD tools (CREO/PRO-E), TeamCenter/PLM, GD&T, and a mechanical/industrial/petroleum engineering background is expected. Chartered Engineer is desirable. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering
- experience with CAD tools CREO/PRO-E and TeamCenter/PLM
- Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles
- GD&T understanding
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- willingness to continue personal development
- Chartered Engineer desirable
