Job Summary
Design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures at enterprise scale while leading full-stack development initiatives across multiple technology platforms. Mentor engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and technical excellence, and drive cloud-native and DevOps initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, establish code quality standards, and contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise applications. Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all systems while building highly scalable, cloud-native microservices applications. Located in Bangalore, India, this senior role requires 12+ years of experience in Java, Node.js, React.js, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale software systems
- Hands-on full-stack development expertise across Java, Node.js, React.js, and REST API development
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML/OIDC) and Okta integration
- Proficiency with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comprehensive experience with entire software development lifecycle (Agile, SDLC, Iterative)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience with relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
