Job Summary
D&I leader to own regional DEIB strategy for EMEA, lead Inclusion Groups, partner with Talent Acquisition on diversity hiring, coach leaders on inclusive leadership, provide internal consulting with toolkits and best practices, establish metrics and report progress, and communicate regional insights for On’s Impact Progress Report. 7-10+ years in D&I, ERG support experience, strong data capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and regional knowledge across EMEA/APAC/AMER required. Zürich-based location with on-site work at Förrlibuckstrasse 190, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion field
- experience leading D&I initiatives across EMEA
- experience managing ERGs or inclusion groups
- partner with recruitment teams to develop diversity hiring programs
- data-driven metrics and reporting experience
- understanding of legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas
- collaborative mindset and cross-functional project experience
- self-motivated with initiative and hands-on execution
