Senior Lead, Demand Generation

Job Summary
Senior Lead, Demand Generation focused on ABM and regional takeout plays. Responsibilities include executing targeted account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, LinkedIn, digital programs, executive events, gifting, content syndication), coordinating with Sales, SDRs, and regional field teams to drive account penetration, meeting generation, and pipeline acceleration. Develop campaign toolkits and outreach materials, activate content assets and webinars, tailor messaging for target industries and buying centers, track pipeline metrics (MQL, engagement, account activity), optimize targeting and channel performance, and ensure data quality and SLA alignment within Marketo and Salesforce. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to deliver coordinated account-focused campaigns and provide insights for pipeline reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or campaign marketing
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to enterprise sales teams or strategic accounts
- Familiarity with ABM programs, sales plays, and pipeline acceleration initiatives
- Strong project management and campaign coordination skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing teams
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
