Job Summary
Senior Lead Creative Technologist at Kyndryl leads design initiatives across complex projects, acting as hands-on expert and team leader to bridge creative vision and engineering execution. You will drive prototyping standards, oversee end-to-end design from discovery through user testing to delivery, mentor design and engineering teams, partner with delivery leads to align workstreams with timelines, and engage with senior client stakeholders on how technologies like agentic AI, IoT, or AR unlock value. You will balance big ideas with practical constraints, ensuring solutions are innovative, intuitive, and scalable, while developing governance and tooling standards for agentic experiences and collaborating across design, engineering, business, and client teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work)
- 8+ years of experience in roles involving creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and architecture (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, APIs, security considerations)
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Ability to mentor teams across design and engineering and align with client objectives
