Job Summary
Review routine reports to ensure department Key Performance Indicators and Metrics are consistently met. Identify and quantify trends and variances, then effectively communicate information to management along with potential impacts. Resolve complex insurance problems and patient inquiries resulting from incorrect information, therapy changes, or pharmacy errors. Contact patients, physician's offices, or insurance carriers to expedite billing claims and research responses regarding billing issues. Provide mentorship and support to colleagues while assisting in designing and implementing department-level training programs. Maintain patient demographic and insurance information systems and complete billing reports according to payer guidelines. Located in Monroeville, PA, this full-time role offers free parking and a base pay range of $18.50 - $35.29.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Healthcare Insurance related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office products' specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Must be able to commute to the Monroeville, PA office
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
