Job Summary
Execute employee compensation strategy based on global directives and facilitate program roll-outs across Asia Pacific markets. Serve as a strategic partner to HR leaders and business executives, providing consultation on pay decisions, workforce planning, and total rewards governance. Develop compensation analytics, models, and dashboards to inform business decisions on pay competitiveness, equity, and retention risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize processes and ensure policy compliance with local regulations. Act as an advocate for the total rewards philosophy while maintaining discretion on confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR preferably in Compensation with a thorough understanding of Employee Compensation
- Proficiency in communicating complicated concepts to a broad audience
- Familiar with Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and tools used
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience partnering with or advising stakeholders across Asia Pacific markets, with an understanding of regional pay practices and regulatory differences

- Ability to maintain discretion with extremely confidential information
- Ability to build trust-based relationships HR Partners and management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Ability to build a story with data to support business decisions and recommendations
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, compensation modelling, data visualization, and dashboard development
