Job Summary
Senior Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager role within Wells Fargo’s Credit Portfolio Management for Middle Market Investor Real Estate clients. You will partner with relationship managers and deal teams as a client-facing member, review and recommend solutions for complex challenges, and deliver innovative, analytically-driven credit underwriting and portfolio management. You will determine credit worthiness from financial statements, projections, and cash flows, prepare and present credit memos, negotiate terms for large complex transactions, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, mentor teams, and travel up to 10%. The position supports a hybrid work schedule across multiple US locations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience
- MBA degree preferred

- Strong Investor Real Estate lending credit analysis skills
- Experience underwriting Investor Real Estate clients
- Experience negotiating, managing and amending complex credit facility legal documentation
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
