Job Summary
Conduct full procurement management for Contract Manufacturers, including pricing, supplier management, and supply-base strategy. Lead quarterly negotiations to achieve cost reductions while managing overall costs, BOM costs, and special charges. Establish should-cost studies and negotiate legal contracts such as NDAs and GPAs. Coordinate activities with manufacturing, quality, planning, and engineering departments to drive cost reduction and manage NPI procurement. Monitor commodity market trends and evaluate supplier performance through quarterly business reviews. Identify potential sources and develop strategies to meet business growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8 years+ procurement related experience
- Familiar with Contract Manufacturer management and semiconductor assembly and testing industry
- Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and self-directed, but demonstrated ability to work well with people
- A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and oral English
- Good computer skill on Office software (PPT, Excel, Word)
