Job Summary
Partner with business and functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate business results through Practical Process Improvement methodologies. Lead cross-functional projects supporting Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D functions to identify improvement opportunities, address complex challenges, and implement sustainable solutions using structured problem-solving tools like 8-Step Problem Solving and Kaizen. Facilitate workshops to define problems, align stakeholders, and coach teams on continuous improvement principles while fostering adoption of new processes and ways of working. Ensure improvement efforts are aligned with measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, business transformation, commercial excellence, operations, program management, consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in complex matrix organizations
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies to address business challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement certification
- Experience supporting Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, and/or R&D organizations
- Experience leading Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and strategic problem-solving efforts
- Experience supporting growth initiatives, commercial transformation, or organizational effectiveness programs
- Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred
