Job Summary
Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Wells Fargo's enterprise payments strategy across Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial clients. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to Payments leadership, leading core management routines and leadership forums, developing high-quality leadership materials and executive presentations, overseeing tracking and management of key initiatives with visibility into progress and risks, fostering cross-functional alignment, partnering with Business Enablement for governance and change management, supporting executive communications, and directing cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Requires hands-on experience in Agile environments, strong stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex concepts into concise messaging for senior leaders. Role involves travel up to 15% and a hybrid work schedule; posting notes not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
