Job Summary

Serve as a liaison between Finance teams and IT, gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements for Oracle EPM applications including FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting initiatives. Develop subject matter expertise across the Oracle EPM suite while maintaining a working understanding of upstream and downstream financial system integrations. Support the reporting layer connecting Oracle EPM and ERP applications to downstream reporting via Oracle Financial Data Integration (FDI) and Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, define test scenarios, track timelines, and drive issues to closure for reporting changes. Act as a point of contact for production issues across FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting tools, triaging, troubleshooting, and coordinating resolution with technical teams. Identify opportunities to enhance close, reconciliation, and reporting processes through automation leveraging Oracle's native capabilities and emerging AI features. Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, build relationships with Finance and IT stakeholders, and ensure process controls and governance documentation remain current for audit support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of experience in an Analyst role
  • US Work Authorization
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience with Oracle products
  • Exposure to Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, ARCS, PCM)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financial Data Integration (FDI)
  • Awareness of Oracle's native AI and automation capabilities across the EPM suite
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and iterative delivery approaches
  • Ability to communicate and process technical information in a business-friendly manner
  • Excellent organizational skills, a methodical approach to work and tasks, and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Able to work in diverse, global teams under tight deadlines to deliver quality work

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred CPA license
  • Preferred: Experience in the Financial Services industry and with Oracle products
  • Preferred: Exposure to Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, ARCS, PCM)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Financial Data Integration (FDI)
