Senior Lead Associate- Communication

Senior Lead Associate- Communication based in Pune's Global Capability Centre focuses on employer brand and talent communications. Develop and create engaging written content across formats for employees and prospective candidates, align with global employer brand messaging and tone, and deliver campaigns and storytelling that highlight employee experience, culture, and careers. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging; manage external communications across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and company website; maintain employer brand content calendar and draft/publish social posts to showcase opportunities and culture. Support internal communications initiatives, gather content from stakeholders, translate business updates into engaging communications, publish across intranet and email, and track engagement metrics for monthly reporting. Requires 3–5 years in internal/corporate communications or related roles, strong writing for social media, experience localising content for India, understanding of employer branding and talent communications, CMS and LinkedIn management skills, and excellent verbal/written communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with global teams across time zones.
