Job Summary
Lead end-to-end research on Agentic AI/Generative AI/Foundation Models, and deploy foundation models and LLMs into production. Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, applied engineers, and domain experts to translate research into business solutions, open-source contributions, patents, and publications. Represent Wells Fargo in AI research communities and publish in top AI/ML conferences; work within model risk oversight to ensure robust, regulated deployments. Requires 7+ years of quantitative analytics experience and advanced degree; familiarity with model deployment trade-offs and enterprise AI tooling (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) is expected; hybrid work arrangement and visa sponsorship are offered.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science
