Senior Lawyer

Senior Lawyer responsible for providing world-class business and legal affairs support for BritBox Australia and ANZ Global Channels & Streaming. Key duties include drafting and negotiating content acquisition and app/content distribution agreements, drafting and negotiating a wide range of general commercial arrangements (including technology and marketing services), advising on regulatory matters relevant to broadcast/direct-to-consumer digital businesses (marketing, consumer law, privacy/data protection), and providing training to internal stakeholders. The role involves strategic advisory work for BBC Studios ANZ growth, close collaboration with senior leaders, and working with the Sydney-based team while reporting to the SVP/Head of BLA with a hybrid work arrangement based in North Sydney, NSW, Australia.
