Job Summary
The Senior Landscape Designer is responsible for developing project concept designs, creating site plans, and reviewing drawings and models. Responsibilities include working directly with senior leadership, preparing detailed landscape architectural drawings, and contributing to various design assessments such as feasibility studies and environmental impacts. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, have over 4 years of relevant experience, and technical proficiency in industry-standard software. The role may involve overseeing project teams and ensuring quality assurance on plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- 4+ years of experience in landscape architecture and/or site design
Desired Qualifications
- Landscape Architecture registration preferred
- Environmental accreditation preferred
- Proficient technical knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator, and AutoCAD
- Revit and Rhino experience preferred
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills
- Effective communication skills in verbal presentation, written narrative, and graphic representation
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
- Works well in a team environment
