Job Summary
Senior Landscape Architect responsible for leading high-end residential landscape design/build projects, developing designs with AutoCAD/Lumion/SketchUp, presenting concepts to clients, driving business development, managing production teams, overseeing budgets and timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Requires 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture; proficiency with AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, or Revit; strong portfolio; and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years experience in residential design/build environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution (preferred)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, or Revit is preferred
- A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated landscape and hardscape projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members
