Drive detailed documentation and delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on city-shaping landscape outcomes. Leverage 8+ years of experience and professional registration to contribute to studio and project leadership, mentoring others on progressive, future-focused design. Work closely with architecture and interior design partners within a connected national and global practice, supported by flexible hybrid work arrangements and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Landscape Architect
- Experience working on large-scale civic, infrastructure, health or complex urban projects
- Strong conceptual design capability with the ability to translate ideas into buildable outcomes
- Confidence leading or contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of detailed documentation and delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and/or BIM-enabled workflows (or strong capability working alongside BIM-led teams)
- A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to studio and project leadership
- 8+ years' professional experience
- Registered Landscape Architect, or eligibility for registration
- Strong project management and leadership capability
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary design practice
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset, with an interest in mentoring and supporting others
