Senior Land Survey Drafter

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, scoping project requirements and delivering accurate cost estimates and timelines. Distribute research tasks to due diligence partners and assign drafting projects to remote teams, ensuring vendors have necessary field data and client specs. Rigorously review and redline deliverables from outsourced teams to meet company standards and local regulations before client delivery. Translate complex client requests into clear instructions for drafting teams and resolve technical discrepancies between field notes and office research. Monitor the progress of all active survey task orders, tracking vendor invoices and ensuring project margins remain healthy. This role balances technical understanding with strong organizational and customer service skills to drive efficient, profitable project execution.
