Job Summary
Act as a consistent point of contact between affected parties, communities, and organisational delivery teams to successfully submit Development Consent Order (DCO) and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) Books of Reference. Manage projects and requests while building positive relationships with clients and the team. Lead in identifying key data sources, engaging with suppliers to license environments, and verify information for upload to the internal land referencing database. Carry out work in compliance with legal and contractual requirements, maintain good records for accurate billing, and provide guidance to junior team members. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through regular client updates and mentoring. Requires full UK driving licence, willingness to travel, and expert knowledge of statutory processes.
Required Qualifications
- experience of land referencing for development consent order (DCO) and compulsory purchase order (CPO) projects

- ability to manage a large amount of both quantitative and qualitative data

- willingness to travel to site and project locations
