Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Land Entitlement Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in residential project management and land entitlement, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, to manage feasibility studies, entitlements, and land acquisition for strategic homebuilding objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential project management or land entitlement experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field; or equivalent experience with an associate degree
- Residential real estate construction, estimating and budgeting industry experience required
- Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of land use planning and entitlement processes
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts
- Experience in developing and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits is beneficial, but not required
- Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel, BlueBeam; experience with Monday.com or other Project Management software
