Senior Land Development Project Manager

Job Summary
Collaborate with engineering staff and CAD operators to develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for industrial, healthcare, and residential projects. Prepare and review drawings documenting systems designed, while attending meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish needs and discuss design/permitting issues. Supervise design team activities and junior-level staff, manage project financial performance, and develop new project opportunities through proposal submissions. Requires PE licensure in Virginia, 11+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS, and a BS in Civil Engineering. Base salary is $132,000 to $180,000 for the I-64 Virginia offices.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering or related degree
- 11+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects
- PE licensure in Virginia or obtain within 12 months

- Experience in developing and compiling/producing site plans, construction documents, specification, and engineering reports
- Experience in leading and developing project teams for successful project delivery and employee growth
- Understanding of I-64 and Virginia market

- Knowledge of land development construction including codes and development regulations
- Experience with green initiative programs and low-impact design (LEED, Envision)
