Job Summary
Supervise show-site labor for install and dismantle operations while proactively preparing office and warehouse areas prior to events. Collaborate with growth and branch operations to project equipment needs using Freeman tools and serve as the primary operator for the enterprise inventory system. Plan and produce Modular Build Systems, Total Flex Systems, and Truss Structures according to work orders, managing job costs and maintaining quality and safety standards. Direct in-house labor for pulling and packing, review inventory work orders and returns, and provide accurate substrate information to the Graphics Department. Respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback, and handle issues according to company guidelines. This role supports the Event & Exhibit Services team with a full-time in-person schedule in Nashville, TN, requiring 25% to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred
- Travel 25% to 50%
- Show site supervision will be required at all times
