Job Summary
Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist focused on German labor law and works councils; lead and manage co-determination procedures (e.g. §99, §102 BetrVG), support negotiations with works councils, advise leadership on labor law and employee relations, support organizational changes and transformation processes, and develop policies, frameworks, and training content in collaboration with stakeholders. On-site role located in Dreieich, Germany. Requires university degree or comparable experience, fluency in German and English, and extensive Labor & Employee Relations experience. Travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in HR, or Business Administration or comparable experience
- Hands-on approach and drive to push initiatives forward
- Extensive experience in Labor & Employee Relations
- Deep knowledge of German labor law and BetrVG
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
