Job Summary
Senior Lab Hardware Coordinator role in Plano, TX, onsite at Raytheon. Responsible for managing Special Test Equipment (STE) and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) across engineering and test programs, ensuring government property compliance, maintaining inventory and calibration records, coordinating hardware setup/configuration for lab integration and testing, partnering with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues, and supporting lab operations to enable timely test events. Requires typically a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus active U.S. government-issued Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Role is onsite in Plano, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of hardware setup/integration experience in an engineering lab
- Active Secret security clearance (DoD) and U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience supporting hardware setup, integration, and tests in an engineering lab
