Job Summary
Senior L&OD Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and organizational development initiatives to enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Leads program development and implementation of onboarding, leadership development, and soft skills; manages L&D projects; delivers and facilitates training; designs evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick model); analyzes learning data to drive improvements; oversees LMS operations, reporting, and data accuracy; acts as an L&D partner to stakeholders; stays current with industry trends and pilots new tools and digital solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in L&D & OD, LMS experience, data analysis skills, stakeholder management, and strong communication in English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in L&D, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D & OD functions
- Experience in HR projects related to capability development, OD, or talent management
- Experience working in large technology companies is an advantage
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational development practices
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with AI applications in HR/L&D is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
