Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow implementation expert with proven experience delivering complex ITSM deployments across multiple stakeholders. Requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM), ITIL familiarity, Agile/Scrum execution, integration capabilities, and leadership to coach teams and drive strategic initiatives in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
