Job Summary
Senior Knowledge & Practice Development lawyer within the Employment Group at A&L Goodbody in Ireland. Responsibilities include devising and executing strategic knowledge and business development initiatives with five partners and 20+ lawyers, developing knowledge resources, maintaining and shaping the group’s awareness of Irish and EU legal developments, overseeing the knowledge database and client training materials, horizon-scanning key legal and market developments, representing the group at industry conferences, innovating how we deliver value to clients, and delivering training to clients and junior lawyers. The role involves collaborating with partners and the Head of Knowledge Delivery on firm-wide knowledge objectives, and reporting to the Head of Employment while being part of the broader knowledge function. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment law, strong client-facing experience, and the ability to develop and lead knowledge delivery initiatives; hybrid working policy mentioned.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor/barrister with 5+ years post-qualification experience in employment law
